Under the Federal Community Reinvestment Act (CRA), the
Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) evaluates
our record of helping to meet the credit needs of this
community consistent with safe and sound operations.
The FDIC also takes this record into account when
deciding on certain applications submitted by us.
Your involvement is encouraged.
You are entitled to certain information about our
operations and our performance under the CRA, including,
for example, information about our branches, such as
their location and services provided by them; the public
section of our most recent CRA Performance Evaluation,
prepared by FDIC; and comments received from the public
relating to our performance in helping to meet community
credit needs, as well as our response to those comments.
You may review this information today.
At least thirty (30) days before the beginning of each
quarter, the FDIC publishes a nationwide list of the
banks that are scheduled for CRA examinations in that
quarter. This list is available from the :

Your letter, together with any response by us, will be
considered by the FDIC in evaluating our CRA performance

applications covered by the CRA filed with the FDIC.

The area served by CharterBank
(Leopard at McKinzie location) shall be generally
defined as, but not limited to census tracts 3.00, 4.00,
5.00, 6.00, 7.00, 8.00, 11.00, 35.00, 36.01, 36.02,
36.03, 37.00, 50.00, 58.01, 95.01, 95.02, 95.03, 95.04,
95.05, and 99.99.
The area served by our Navigation Branch Office shall
be generally defined as the area bounded by Interstate
37 and Highway 44. That branch shall concentrate
its efforts on meeting the financial needs of the
businesses located and people working in the designated
area, but will not limit its lending to only this area.
The area served by the Saratoga Branch Office
shall be generally defined as the census tracts within
the city of Corpus Christi. That branch shall
concentrate its efforts on meeting the financial needs
of the businesses located and people working in the
designated area but will not limit its lending to only
this area.
The Rockport Branch Office shall concentrate its
efforts on meeting the financial needs of the businesses
located and people working primarily in the community of
Rockport-Fulton.
